MEET THE

Anshul Goel

Anshul Goel, co-founder of Scape Living, brings a rich blend of hospitality and real estate expertise.

He is also the co-founder of True Palate Hospitality, through which he and his partner have been instrumental in building some of India’s most notable ventures, including one8 Commune with Virat Kohli, Neuma in Mumbai with Karan Johar, Pincode with chef Kunal Kapur, and Oju in Gurgaon, expanding across India and Dubai.

Drawing from his background in residential and commercial construction, Anshul is now channelling his expertise into Scape. His ability to bring together world-class names such as Ashiesh Shah from India and HBA Consultants internationally sets the tone for Scape Living’s vision of luxury, innovation, and high-end living solutions in Goa’s evolving landscape.

Amit Mahato

Amit Mahato, co-founder of Scape Living, is an alumnus of DPS Bokaro and IHM. He has been a driving force in Goa’s real estate landscape for over two decades, beginning his journey at the turn of Goa’s evolution from a serene coastal region to a thriving hub of lifestyle and luxury.

He facilitated major property acquisitions across Goa, Maharashtra, and Karnataka. His independent development journey further cemented his reputation, with the successful delivery of 100+ villas in prime Goan locations.

At Scape Living, Amit serves as both co-founder and chief visionary, spearheading the acquisition of over 2 million square meters across Goa, Maharashtra, Uttarakhand, and Kashmir.

Ankit Tayal

Ankit Tayal, co-founder of Scape Living and an alumnus of Modern School, Barakhamba, has a strong foundation in both infrastructure and hospitality.

Beginning his career with the Cemcon Group, a leading name in the railway industry, Ankit went on to co-found True Palate Hospitality with his partners. Together, they have expanded marquee ventures such as one8 Commune with Virat Kohli, Neuma with Karan Johar, Pincode with chef Kunal Kapur, and Oju in Gurgaon, setting benchmarks for luxury dining and innovative experiences across India and Dubai.

Ankit is now channelling his expertise into the holiday home real estate market. This embodies Ankit’s commitment to luxury, sustainability, and exceptional living experiences, leveraging his deep understanding of hospitality to create an unmatched brand.
